The BE Group proudly celebrates its win as the Best Corporate Office Interior Design at the 13th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards. This milestone reflects the company’s commitment to crafting workplaces that are meaningful, sustainable, and design-forward. Coming on the heels of its recent EDGE certification, this back-to-back recognition affirms The BE Group’s focus on sustainability, innovation, and identity.
Steering away from the cold, impersonal language of many corporate interiors, The BE Corporate Office was designed to feel warm and inviting—almost resort-like—evoking the brand’s roots. Natural wood tones, veneered panels, and woven textures define the space. Bespoke elements by sister company BerbenWood highlight Filipino woodworking and mixed media; woven rattan and custom joinery pay quiet homage to Cebuano craftsmanship and the company’s cultural roots.

Sustainability and authenticity guided material choices: nearly half of the office’s existing materials were thoughtfully reused and refreshed. Furniture, flooring, and cherished pieces from past BE offices were given new life. This reuse reduced waste and preserved memory, resulting in interiors that feel honest, lived-in, and layered with story while meeting practical demands for durability and comfort.
The Group also bags another award for one of BE Uptown Park. These distinctions were given by the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, Asia’s most prestigious real estate awards program.
