Through its partnership with COREnergy, the retail electricity supplier of Vivant Corporation, The BE Group is bringing smarter and more strategic energy solutions to Mabuhay Towers in Cebu Business Park and Cebu IT Park.
This move gives tenants an alternative power solution through the Retail Electricity Supply (RES) program, allowing businesses to benefit from a more competitive and flexible energy setup beyond the traditional electricity model. The BE Group officially began implementing RES at Mabuhay Tower IT Park in May 2026, with Mabuhay Tower Cebu Business Park following in July 2026.

For tenants of Mabuhay Tower IT Park, this means access to power sourced from both VECO and COREnergy. Meanwhile, Mabuhay Tower Cebu Business Park further strengthens its energy mix with power coming from VECO, COREnergy, and solar, creating a more diversified and future-ready energy setup for businesses.

By working with COREnergy under the Retail Competition and Open Access (RCOA) program, The BE Group gains access to smarter energy management solutions designed to help optimize power usage and improve operational efficiency.
